Vegan Vanilla Buttercream Frosting
This vegan vanilla buttercream frosting will transport you to a happy place and leave you there wondering how to get back. It's thick, creamy, and has that outer layer sweet crunch when it's hardened (cold). So delicious.

- Vegan Butter - ½ cup
- Coconut Milk - 4 tbsp
- Coconut Oil - ½ cup
- 100% Pure Vanilla Extract - 1 tsp
- Powdered Sugar - 3 cups
Gather all ingredients, a large bowl, a mixing spoon, and measuring spoons.
Add the vegan butter, coconut milk, coconut oil, and vanilla extract to a large bowl and whisk until well combined.
Next add powdered sugar one cup at a time stirring until the icing mixture is smooth and creamy.
- Store the icing in the an airtight glass container in the refrigerator up to two weeks or freeze the icing up to two months.
- Feel free to experiment with powdered coconut sugar to replace the regular powdered sugar. It is healthier.
