Easy 3 minute Homemade Honey Garlic Cough Syrup Recipe

Equipment

  • ziplock bag or small container

Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 ½ tsp minced garlic
  • 2 tbsp sliced ginger (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Gather all equipment and ingredients.
  • (Optional) Slice ginger slices per your desired thickness.
  • Add honey ginger, and the minced garlic to a ziplock bag or small container.
  • Mixed together and allow to sit overnight.
  • Take a teaspoon full every four hours and enjoy the relief.

Notes

  • Adjust the amount of ingredients per your preferences.
  • If you opt to use a container instead of a ziplock bag then using glass container is highly recommended.
  • You can crush, mince, or dice fresh garlic using a knife. Do not use the garlic powder because that is too processed for this type of solution.
  • Feel free to store in the fridge or freezer
