Instructions
Gather all equipment and ingredients.
(Optional) Slice ginger slices per your desired thickness.
Add honey ginger, and the minced garlic to a ziplock bag or small container.
Mixed together and allow to sit overnight.
Take a teaspoon full every four hours and enjoy the relief.
Notes
Adjust the amount of ingredients per your preferences.
If you opt to use a container instead of a ziplock bag then using glass container is highly recommended.
You can crush, mince, or dice fresh garlic using a knife. Do not use the garlic powder because that is too processed for this type of solution.
