Ola my friend! This vegan pecan pie is so delightful. You will be amazed how easy it is to make. Just one bite of this vegan pecan pie will leave you wondering why it taste so good. Once chilled, it’s the perfect balance of chewy, gooey, and sweet. If you are a pecan pie lover then you have to try this recipe to be the judge that a vegan pecan pie can taste (dare I say) better than a non-vegan pecan pie.
My personal story is I grew up eating homemade pecan pie during the Thanksgiving holiday. One of the secret ingredients my ma always used was Alaga Original Cane Syrup. Don’t worry it was only a secret for few minutes if you never tried her pecan pie before and fell in love. I thought I couldn’t have a better pecan pie. I have tried the 4 inch Old Fashioned Baked Pecan Pie at Krogers and it’s ok. There’s so many ingredients and sodium in this little pie just for it to taste ok.
Well, if you are looking for dangerously delicious pecan pie to satisfy your sweet tooth then you are in the right place. No one would know it is vegan unless you tell them. It is so good. This recipe was adopted from nora cook’s The Most Amazing Vegan Pecan Pie post. Ready to make this amazing pie? Let’s go!
