  • Whole Wheat Flour – 1 1/2 cups
  • Brown Sugar – 1 tsp
  • Pink Himalayan Salt – 1/4 tsp
  • Plant Based Butter – 1/2 cup
  • Ice Water – 4 tbsp
  1. Gather all ingredients, a blender, pin roller, and 9 inch pie pan.
  2. Add flour, sugar, and salt to the blender and pulse 4-5 times to combine.
  3. Next add the plant based butter and process for 10-12 seconds.

Notes

  • Make sure the plant based butter is refrigerated before use.
  • A food processor or using your hands works well if you do not have a blender.
  • Add ice to a cup or bowl of water if you need ice cold water.
  • If you do not have a rolling pin then there are alternatives like what I used, a tall glass bottle. See other ideas here.
  • A food processor or using your hands works well if you do not have a blender.
