Ola my friend! This blackberry orange non-alcoholic punch is bound to become one of your favorite drinks especially around the holidays. You may not think to infuse succulent blackberries with orange slices and then lemon and lime on top of that but you will NOT regret it. The citrus sweet and sour flavors from the orange, lime, and lemon and then the juicy tart berry flavor from the blackberries play so well together. The natural sweetness from the 100% Apple juice balance all of the tart and sour flavors to make a strong yet relaxing drink.
This drink is perfect after heavy comfort meals and is calm enough for you to remain warm and cozy. Ready for an invigorating and flavorful drink idea? Let’s Go!

Blackberry Health Benefits
Some of my favorites for blackberries:
- Protects and improve brain health by increasing blood flow to the brain thanks to the chemical anthocyanin.
- Improve digestion and regulates blood sugar levels thanks to blackberries having insoluble fiber (keeps food and waste moving preventing constipation and bloating) and soluble fiber (breaks down in your intestine, enters your bloodstream and control blood sugar).
- Amazing source of Vitamin C, Vitamin K, and manganese which supports healthy bone development, absorb iron, reduce free radicals in the body, shorten the common cold and more.

Until Next Time
Well, what do you think? Are there any ingredients you would change in this drink? Are there any herbs you would add to this drink? I’m thinking basil would be interesting to try but I really want to try fresh rosemary leaves. It’s a strong earthy flavor with hints of mint and and lemon. Sounds so good. Please drop a comment below or email me. I would love to hear your feedback and/or stories. This drink takes my mind back to the drinks I had in Montreal. Read more about that here. Soooo good.
Well, I will take my leave for now. I look forward to our time together again soon. Be inspired to have an appetite to Live and Live well.
