Ola my friend! This vegan spicy mayo recipe only have three ingredients. If you are taking your sweet time then it takes about 6 minutes to make. However, you can make this spicy mayo sauce in three minutes. Ok so this spicy mayo sauce is creamy, smooth, rich, and spicy. It is perfect for sushi rolls, sandwiches or pita wraps, burgers, and deep fried foods like this amazing saltfish rolls I had the other day straight from the Caribbean.

In this recipe post, I’m going to show you exactly how to make the best vegan mayo sauce. You will not be able to get enough of this sauce. Are you ready? Let’s go!

You only need 3 ingredients to this tangy spicy mayo sauce.

Vegan Mayo: I love the Follow Your Heart Original Vegenaise for this sauce but the soy free one works well too. You can find this vegan mayo brand at Kroger or Walmart. The thick cold creaminess of the mayo is the base of the sauce.

Sriracha Chili Sauce: Huy Fong Sriracha Chili Hot Sauce is my preferred brand for this spicy mayo recipe. The sodium is low and there’s no added sugar. The chili sauce is adds a playful but respectful kick to the sauce.

Yellow Mustard: regular yellow mustard is the special ingredient in this sauce. It has a mild but distinct flavor giving the sauce it’s dark yellow color.

Step 1

Gather all ingredients, a small bowl, a mixing spoon, and measuring spoons.

Add the vegan mayo to the bowl.

Step 3

Add the mustard to the bowl.

Step 4

Finally, add the sriracha sauce to the bowl.
