Ola my friend! I want to give you two free printables to help with your hydration. The summer is fast approaching where I live. However, the heat has fully invaded the spring. So it’s nice and toasty. This being the reality, it is extremely important to stay hydrated. To stay hydrated, I drink plenty of (distilled or spring) water of course. But I also eat lots of hydrating foods. Hydrating foods are foods with high water content.
These free printables will help you stay hydrated. The first printable is some of the best hydrating foods to serve as a reminder of how easy it is to stay on top of your water intake. Feel free to snack away on these with minimum limits. The second printable is a hydration tracker. It’s so easy to use. Just write in your hydrating food or drink in the text box and check off each day you eat any amount. It’s a job well done.
