Irresistible Philadelphia Salmon Pasta Recipe You Will Love

Ola my friend! I was not ready for how amazing this salmon pasta recipe turned out. It is even better the second day after marinating more in the pasta sauce. This pasta had me shaking my head in disbelief and I could not stop nibbling once I was full. So you have to be careful with this one because it may be hard to restrain yourself from eating just a little more … and a just a little more.

I plan to keep experimenting with this salmon pasta recipe which is why I marked it as a blooper. It was a spur of the moment idea to figure out what to do with the rest of my vegan cream cheese. So this recipe is more eyeballing the ingredients and amounts without really paying attention to measuring. Ready? Let’s go!

  1. Gather all ingredients and tools. Rinse all vegetables well.

  4. Rinse and cut cucumbers, Roma tomatoes, mushrooms, and red onion into small / medium sized chunks.

  6. Add the vegan cream cheese, apple cider vinegar, lemon juice and plant butter and cook for about 5 minutes.
  7. Next mix in the pasta into the sauce and stir slowly and continually until the pasta is well coated.
  8. Finally add the salmon and stir well.
  9. Allow the pasta to simmer for about 7 minutes.

Notes

  • Start with adding small amounts for the sauce and seasonings. Continue to taste until it’s how you want it.
