Mango Papaya Smoothie

  • Mango
  • Papaya
  • Fresh Lime Juice

Watermelon Mango Smoothie

  • Watermelon
  • Mango
  • Fresh lime juice

JackFruit Green Smoothie

  • Oranges
  • Pears
  • Apple sauce (unsweetened)
  • Jackfruit
  • Spinach
  • Watermelon juice

Quick Note: so so delicious. I prefer to put jackfruit in my smoothies from now on. It is a great sweetener and gives a nice scent and flavor without overpowering any of the other ingredients.

Boost Blast Original

The ingredients of the boostblast original smoothie are a mystery. Please contact me if you want me to get the ingredients from mi tia. I know beets are in there. I also added ginger on my own.

Sweet Lime Smoothie

  • Lime
  • Pear
  • Banana
  • Carrot
  • Apple Sauce

Note: Ended up eating this straight out of the blender and could not stop. I will make this again, pour in a cup and take a proper picture!

Pineapple Refresh Smoothie

  • Pineapple
  • Banana
  • Pear

Note: Super sweet, cold and refreshing but so simple!

Tips

  • Freeze fruits / vegetables before blending for a smooth sorbet texture
  • Bananas, pears, apple sauce are excellent natural sweeteners
  • 100% juice (i.e. apple, pineapple, orange juice) is amazing liquid to help blend and add sweetness to smoothies
